About the role
This is a new role that will work closely with our Executive Officer and Grants Support Team to develop, monitor and measure our strategic impact measurement and reporting frameworks.
eSafety is looking for a skilled mixed methods researcher with a sound understanding of program evaluation to support the design, delivery and dissemination of high-quality evaluations of eSafety’s programmatic and regulatory online safety initiatives. Our ideal candidate will be an experienced and passionate mixed methods researcher/evaluator dedicated to eSafety’s mission of keeping all Australians safer online. In particular, you will have a strong conceptual and applied understanding of program evaluation, excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, and well-developed communication skills, including the ability to communicate research/evaluation methods and findings in plain, simple, and engaging language.
About the role
Working within the newly established Innovation Directorate, this position will oversee and deliver multiple and concurrent developmental research and evaluation initiatives. The role will contribute to building the evidence base for the organisation to continue to enhance its work in the primary prevention of violence against women. Reporting to the Manager, Design, Impact and Evaluation this important role will be responsible for managing and overseeing primary prevention developmental research and evaluations, with a focus on projects funded by the National Plan to End Violence Against Women and Children.
